Description: The hotel’s library lounge makes the best venue for welcome cocktails, literary meetings, presentation of a new book or scientific work, prize giving ceremony or presentation of diplomas. The guests can rest on the cozy English sofas and armchairs accompanied with the decorative crafts coffee table. The library has a dark hardwood flooring. The atmosphere of comfort and warmth is created by the excellent bio fireplace with a living flame. The walls are decorated with the series of works called "Ballet" by one of the leading St. Petersburg photo artists Alexander Kitaev. In the lounge is also a large artistic table, which comfortably accommodates up to 15 people.

Finger food starters, welcome drinks, tea and coffee breaks can also be served if necessary, along with a separate guest registration.

The library is situated on the first floor and holds its separate wardrobe, washrooms and has the hotel’s spacious lobby for guest welcoming.

Cost:
  1. Full day 20000 rubles (over 5 hours rent). Standard working day 09:00 – 18:00. Rent for earlier and later hours is paid per hour;
  2. Half day 12000 rubles (up to 5 hours rent);
  3. Coffee-break from 400 rubles per person and depends on the menu.

Professional equipment included to the rental cost: plasma HDTV, office supplies (paper, pens and branded pencils), bottled still and sparkling water, wine glasses, unlimited free WI-FI

Equipment available for the additional payment:

  1. Double sided flipchart (a clean paper writing surface on one side and dry-wipe magnetic marker board on the other side). Notebook, markers, melamine sponge eraser, magnets are included. Additional payment: 2000 rubles/day.
