Dom Boutique Hotel continues its project «Meet the staff & fall in love», where introduces the hotel team to the guests.
Within this project we’d like you to see our staff not only as a part of well-coordinated hotel system, but also as a wonderful people with their own stories, individual charm and allure.
Perhaps, you have already met some of the staff, and others are the real fighters of the invisible front. All together they are those people who create the atmosphere and mood at DOM.
For each participant we designed special style to underline their unique characters.

Our next hero – reservation manager Anya. It's likely her voice that you hear when booking the rooms directly by phone
Anna comes from Altai Republic. She has been working in hospitality industry for over 10 years. Anya adores travelling. Her favourite countries are England and Italy. What is more, our reservation manager is a passionate fan of the basketball team Boston Celtics and admirer of the German Bauhaus School of Architecture.
A small insight from Anna:
The most difficult part in our work is: stay in touch with guests 24 hours a day.
The most pleasant part in our work is: fully booked hotel during the low season.
