Dom Boutique Hotel continues its project «Meet the staff & fall in love», where introduces the hotel team to the guests.
Within this project we’d like you to see our staff not only as a part of well-coordinated hotel system, but also as a wonderful people with their own stories, individual charm and allure.
Perhaps, you have already met some of the staff, and others are the real fighters of the invisible front. All together they are those people who create the atmosphere and mood at DOM.
For each participant we designed special style to underline their unique characters.

Our next hero – Deputy Head of Reception and Accommodation Elvira. It is she who welcomes guests upon arrival and is the link between the guest and other hotel services.
Elvira is a very charismatic receptionist. During her teens she was professionally engaged in break dancing. She enjoys summer fishing, loves movies, books and concerts of all musical genres.
A small insight from Elvira:
The most difficult part in our work is: solving conflict situations at the reception, because all people are different.
The most pleasant part in our work is: find an approach to each guest and help plan cultural leisure activities.
