The venue perfectly fits for the smaller events such as business partners’ negotiations, the board of directors’ meetings, new product presentation, business training. The Conference Room has everything necessary for the effective event and can accommodate up to 20 people. The room is conveniently situated on the ground floor with its separate wardrobe, washrooms and spacious hall, where coffee-break, tea pause or welcome drinks can be optionally served.
Cost:
- Full day 18000 rubles (over 5 hours rent). Standard working day 09:00 – 18:00. Rent for earlier and later hours is paid per hour;
- Half day 12000 rubles (up to 5 hours rent);
- Coffee-break from 400 rubles per person and depends on the menu.
Professional equipment included to the rental cost: plasma HDTV, office supplies (paper, pens, branded pencils), bottled still and sparkling water, wine glasses, unlimited free WI-FI.
