Description: A successful event, business meeting, press-conference and excellent festive banquet can be held in the Grey Conference Room, which is located in the hotel’s restaurant. The room is decorated with mirrors and equipped with contemporary projector and screen. The room’s walls are painted in beige and turquoise tones.
It makes a perfect venue for holding almost every kind of events and gives freedom to different seating and furniture plan: theatre scheme, free seating, class type plan or round table. The room can be entirely closed for the event and has its separate entry. The background music is available by the order. The Fresh Conference Room is situated on the first floor and holds its separate wardrobe, washrooms and has the hotel’s spacious lobby for guest welcoming.
In addition, when ordering a coffee break, business breakfast or business lunch as part of a meeting, meals can be served in the stylish lobby bar adjacent to the Fresh room.
Cost:
- Full day 30000 rubles (over 5 hours rent). Standard working day 09:00 – 18:00. Rent for earlier and later hours is paid per hour;
- Half day 18000 rubles (up to 5 hours rent);
- Coffee-break from 400 rubles per person and depends on the menu.
Professional equipment included to the rental cost: plasma HDTV, office supplies (paper, pens, branded pencils), bottled still and sparkling water, wine glasses, unlimited free WI-FI.
